Personalization is a data-dependent feature, i.e., to enable personalization Whatfix needs sufficient data from the Self Help to display relevant content for a particular end-user. The data required for analysis includes the Self Help segment settings, role tags, and search scope. However, there are certain prerequisites before the feature can be enabled for an organization.
The following are the requirements for enabling Personalization in Self Help:
- The account must have an active Self Help segment for at least 3 months prior to the day of the request.
- The account must have User Identification enabled for at least 2 months prior to the day of the request.
- The Self Help must have been opened at least 100 times (across your users) in the last 3 months prior to the day of the request.
- User consuming content from Self Help must be at least 30 users in the last 3 months prior to the day of the request.
