Self Help occupying maximum screen space

Issue

When accessing content on Self Help, the Self Help widget occupies most of your screen space.

Probable Cause

One of the possible reasons this occurs is when two different Whatfix extension types - one from the Whatfix Store and the other from the Chrome Store are installed.

Suggested Solution

Ensure that your browser has only one extension installed. Preferably the Whatfix Store extension.
