Issue

When accessing content on Self Help, the Self Help widget occupies most of your screen space.

Cause

One of the possible reasons this occurs os when two different Whatfix extension versions; one from Whatfix Store and the other from Chrome Store are installed.

Solution

Ensure that you've only one extension installed. Preferably from Whatfix Store.
