Error: Couldn't create a Pop-up

Issue
When you try to save a Pop-up on the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, you see the following error:
Probable Causes
Whatfix displays this generic error message when your application receives a server response that is not mapped to a specific error condition.
This error may occur for the following reasons:
The Advanced Visibility Rules are missing or incomplete.
You have reached your account’s widget limit.
The internet connection is unstable.
Your application receives any other invalid server response.
Note:
The following table lists common error codes and their descriptions:
Error Code
Description
When the Error Occurs
401 Unauthorized
The browser session has expired.
The user’s session or authentication token is no longer valid.
403 Forbidden
The user does not have the required permissions.
The user’s role does not provide permission to create Pop-ups or access the resource.
500 Internal Server Error
Internal server errors while processing the request.
An unexpected issue occurred on the server side.
502 Bad Gateway
or503 Service Unavailable
or504 Gateway Timeout
The server is unavailable, overloaded, or timed out while processing the request.
Temporary downtime or service issues on the platform.

For more information about existing Visibility Rules, see Visibility and Display Rule Conditions.
To increase your account’s default widget limit, contact support@whatfix.com. Additionally, consider deleting or archiving unused or expired Pop-ups.
Check your internet connection and try again.
