Issue

Whatfix shows you the "Upload limit reached. Please contact Support" error message when you try to add an image, a file, or a video to a Pop-up.

Probable Cause

Whatfix enables you to upload up to 2000 images and 2000 videos (each) from your local drive for use in your Pop-ups. Once this limit is reached, you will see the error message.

Suggested Solutions

• To increase this limit, contact support@whatfix.com.

• You can also archive the content/widgets that are not in use.
