Unable to see the Drag and drop or the Browse option to upload a video, image, PDF, etc. to the Whatfix Dashboard.

Probable Cause

Drag and drop or Browse feature is not available for accounts with Self Hosted/ Export model. When you upload a PDF, video, or an image to your Dashboard using the Drag and drop or Browse option, the content gets hosted in the Whatfix cloud.
