What do the No. of Times Flow Played and Flow Completion Rate mean?

No. of Times Flow Played: Number of times Flows are played via Self Help, Task List, Link, Slideshow, and more. This count doesn't necessarily mean that Flows are completed.

Flow Completion Rate: Number of times Flows are completed after running the Flow. If users don't complete a Flow, then it is not considered.
