What is the maximum size of the image that can be added to a Pop-up?

The maximum size of the image that can be added to a Pop-up is 10 MB when you upload images from the Whatfix dashboard. But the image size should be 4MB for direct uploads using the browse option. For more information, see insert an image in a Pop-up.
