Whatfix enables you to upload up to 2000 images and 2000 videos (each) from your local drive for use in your Pop-ups. Once you reach the limit, you see the "Upload limit reached. Please contact Support" error message when you try to add an image, a file, or a video to a Pop-up.
However, you can increase this limit by contacting support@whatfix.com.
You can also archive the content or widgets that are not in use.
