Can we launch Flows from DAP on OS?

Right now, Flows work as Links on DAP on OS.

For web-based Flows, click the Flow to trigger the application to open in a new browser tab and launch the Flow.
For desktop Flows, click the Flow to launch it in the respective application. However, the application should be open on the end users' machine (minimized or running in the background).
