Can we use text snippets instead of creating new tasks?

Yes, it is possible to use existing content or text snippets in a Task List.

However, tasks added to the Task List are not always limited to learning or content consumption. These might include simple to-do items such as:

• Meet your manager
• Collect your access card
• Contact IT support

Content creators can add such tasks directly in the Task List without creating them as separate content items.
