Introduction

Delivery Mode defines the way Pop-ups are communicated and displayed to end users. Three methods exist for displaying Pop-ups. While configuring the Pop-up, content authors define the delivery mode based on the significance of the communication type.

Types of Delivery Mode

  • Notifications: The Pop-up displays as a system notification. Access this Pop-up either by clicking the system notification you see or through the notification stack from the Panel.

  • Pop-Up: The pop-up displays on the main desktop screen and grays out minimized applications or tabs (if open). The Pop-up appears even in full-screen mode. Once you exit full-screen, the Pop-up will be shown on the main screen.

  • Pop-up Critical: The Pop-up displays on the main desktop screen and grays out minimized applications or tabs (if open). In full-screen mode, the system redirects to the main desktop screen where the Pop-up is displayed.
