Once you have created a Trend Insight, Whatfix enables you to edit it as necessary. Add or remove events, update filters, change the dates, and chart types, and more such editing capabilities are available.
Use the following steps to edit a Trend Insight:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

Select the Trend Insight you want to edit.

Click Expand setup to expand the events section.

Perform the following actions on your Trend Insight:
- Add or remove a new Event
- Edit Event Filters and Event Breakdown
- Add or remove User filter
- Add or remove User breakdown
- Change chart type
- Change data timeframe, and more.

- Click Save.

Click Save as to save the changes made to the existing Insight to a new Insight. For more information, see Copy Trend Insights.

If you've edited a Trend Insight that is part of a Dashboard, then the changes are updated in the Dashboard as well.
