Whatfix Hub is a Beta product. To enable this product, contact support@whatfix.com.
Sync frequency is the time interval between which the Whatfix crawler indexes or updates your content. By default, the Whatfix crawler indexes and fetches the content from your repository once every 7 days. However, depending on how often you update your content, you may need to change the frequency to a more suitable time frame.
Use the following steps to change the sync frequency:
-
In the Integrated Repositories section, Go to the application to which you want to add the tag.
-
Under Action, click the more icon.
-
Click View & Edit.
-
On the pop-up, click Edit.
-
Under Sync Frequency, select the desired time interval using the dropdown menu.
The time range you can choose is between 3-30 days.
- Click Save.
Once done, perform a push to production to publish your changes.
