Whatfix enables you to manage and segment content through integrations. For more information, see Integrations Hub Overview.

One of the integrations Whatfix supports is Azure Active Directory. Whatfix fetches data from Active Directory for content segmentation. To enable this integration, provide the following details to your Whatfix representative:

  1. API Key: A unique key that authenticates the user and is specific to your dashboard.

  2. Authorization Token: A unique token associated with an Admin account that enables users to login.

Authorization Token is not a fixed value, it changes constantly.

  3. Username: The list of users you want to segment and show content to.

  4. Account ID: The unique identifier of the users you want to show the content to.

  5. User attributes: User attributes that you created on your dashboard.

Once these details are communicated, an Azure Active Directory integration is performed by Whatfix.
