Artikel-Zusammenfassung

Whatfix enables you to re-enable Playground Mode for a Simulation after disabling it. By default, Whatfix enables Playground Mode when you create a Simulation, enabling your users to move freely between connected Workflows through Link spiegelns within a single Simulation. You might have disabled the Playground Mode for sometime and might want to re-enable it.

When you re-enable Playground Mode, Whatfix restores the existing Mirror Links between Mirror Bildschirms in the Simulation. This reactivates navigation across those screens, so your users can move freely between Workflows without following a fixed sequence.

For example, after training users separately in a Salesforce training environment on creating a contact and logging a case, you might re-enable Playground Mode so they can perform both tasks within the same Simulation.

Note:

You can re-enable Playground Mode only when the Simulation is in the Draft or Ready stages.

Use the following steps to re-enable the Playground Mode for a Simulation:

  1. On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Simulation where you want to re-enable Playground Mode.

  2. Click the More icon.

  3. Click Playground.

  4. Click Enable.

    Note:

Preview the Simulation to confirm that users can move between multiple Workflows when Playground Mode is re-enabled. For more information, see, Preview a Mirror Simulation.
