Whatfix enables you to configure a Persona for an AI Roleplay to create realistic and engaging conversations for learners, so spoken interactions sound natural and authentic. You can customize the persona's role, language, voice, and behavior based on the training scenario and the audience learners are preparing to interact with.
Understand Persona Attributes
Each Persona is defined by attributes that help you select the right match for your training scenario:
Name: The name of the Persona. For example, Alex Morgan.
Job title: The Persona's role or position. For example, Customer Support Manager.
Gender: Voices are available in male and female options, with the number of each varying by language and accent variant.
Language: The primary language the Persona speaks during the Roleplay.
For example, English or German.Voice: The regional variation within a language. Many languages offer multiple accents so you can localize the Persona to a specific audience. For example, English includes American, Australian, British, and Indian accents.
Behavioural description: Defines how the Persona behaves, what they care about, and how they should respond during the Roleplay. For example, “The customer is concerned about a delayed order and expects a clear resolution.”

Whatfix currently supports 406 voices across 26 languages. This range gives you flexibility to align the persona’s voice with the region, language, and demographic of your training scenario.
