Attach a Roleplay in Mirror

Whatfix Mirror enables you to attach a Roleplay to a Mirror Workflow. This creates a scenario-based practice environment where your learners can safely rehearse Workflows and role-specific interactions, such as handling customer queries or managing client conversations. Attaching a Roleplay helps you create realistic scenarios where your learners can practice both Workflow execution and customer interactions before going live.

Use the following steps to attach a Roleplay to a Workflow:

1. On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Workflow where want to attach a Roleplay.

   

2. Click the More icon.

   

3. Click Attach roleplay.

   

   Info:

   By default, the Roleplay title uses the name of the existing Workflow. However, you can edit the title of the Roleplay if required.

4. Edit the title of the Roleplay as required.

   

6. Add the Roleplay link.

   

7. In the Instructions for Learners text box, enter instructions for your learners. These instructions appear before the session begins and provides context for the Roleplay scenario. Specify the objectives you want your learners to achieve.

   

8. Click the Enable roleplay for this workflow toggle to enable Roleplay for the Workflow. The option enables you to integrate an existing Roleplay with the Workflow so it can be used for learner training.

   

   Note:

   Disable the Enable roleplay for this workflow toggle if you do not want Roleplay enabled. For more information, see Disable a Roleplay in Mirror.

9. Click Attach.

   

Info:

• Once you click Attach, the Roleplay enabled badge and a banner notification appear, confirming that the Roleplay is active and attached to the Workflow.

• Preview the Roleplay to confirm and validate the Roleplay experience for your learners before publishing. For more information, see Preview a Roleplay in Mirror.
