Whatfix Mirror enables you to duplicate a Mirror Workflow or Simulation to quickly create a copy for reuse, modification, or testing. This is useful when you need to create versions for different teams, environments, or scenarios.
For example, duplicate a Mirror Workflow or Simulation to reuse existing content and make minor adjustments without recreating the Workflow or Simulation.
Note:
Only users with Account Manager and Content Manager roles can access and view the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard.
By default, Workflows inside a Simulation are interconnected through Playground Mode. For more information, see Understand Playground Mode and Disable Playground Mode.
You can duplicate Workflows and Simulations only in the Draft and Ready stages.
Use the following steps to duplicate a Workflow or Simulation:
On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Workflow or Simulation that you want to duplicate.
Click the More icon.
Click Duplicate.

Whatfix creates a copy of the selected Workflow or Simulation in the following format: Duplicate of [Original Title]. Rename and edit this version as required.
Note:
Duplicating a Simulation that includes an Assessment, creates a copy of the Simulation without the Assessment. For more information, see Assessments in Whatfix Mirror.
Duplicating a Workflow with a Roleplay attached creates a copy of the Workflow with the same Roleplay attached. For more information, see Mirror with Roleplay.
