The Whatfix Mirror Dashboard enables you to view, manage, and publish Mirror Workflows and Simulations. You can also track learner engagement with each Workflow and review detailed analytics in Mirror Analytics Dashboard. For more information, see Mirror Analytics.
Once you’ve captured a Mirror Screen from Whatfix Studio, use the Mirror Dashboard to organize, configure, and publish Workflows and Simulations on your application.
Note:
Only users with Content Manager and Account Manager roles can access and view the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard.
By default, all captured Mirrors appear in the Draft stage of the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, and are also available on Whatfix Studio.
The following sections explain the interactions in each stage of the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard:
Draft
In the Draft stage, you can create Simulations, add Assessments and attach Roleplays to a Workflow. You can also rename, duplicate, or delete Workflows and Simulations.
Move the selected Workflows and Simulations that are ready for review from the Draft to the Ready stage.
Here's an overview of the Draft stage:

Ready
The Ready stage is where you can create Simulations, but not Workflows. Rename, Duplicate and Delete existing Workflows and Simulations.
If certain Workflows are not ready for your learners, move them back to the Draft stage.
Once the Workflow or Simulation is reviewed and tested, click Publish to move the Workflow or Simulation from the Ready stage to the Production stage.
Here's an overview of the Ready stage:

Production
The Production stage is where you Share the Workflow that is published for your end users.
If you no longer want your end users to see a particular Workflow or Simulation, move it to the Draft stage using Unpublish.
To edit a Workflow that is already in Production, click Edit in Draft. Whatfix creates a new version of the same Workflow in the Draft stage for you to edit and update by pushing it to production again. Your learners continue to see the current version of the Mirror Workflow.
