Whatfix enables you to add Multilingual Audio to your projects that helps you engage with your users in a language that they understand better.

Multilingual audio support is available only for Onboarding and Training projects. For any other project type, you need to create different projects to support different languages.

Use the following steps to add audio to a project:

On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, select the app in which the project is present.
Select the project you want to add audio.
Click Design.
In the LANGUAGE SUPPORT section, click +Language and add the languages.

The default language is English.

Click any element on the screen, and then click Audio.
Whatfix enables you to either Upload or Generate audio.
If you want to upload the audio, click Upload and select the required audio file from your device.
If you want to generate the audio, use the following steps:
a. Click the Generate button.

b. In the text box, add the required text.

c. Click Generate.

Only text written in the English language is supported.
For other languages, use any transliteration service available online and paste it in the text box.
