Once you have created the project, you can publish it to make it live for your end users. It doesn't require any app update, the content can be updated and unpublished anytime.

You can publish projects in two ways,

Using the default Publish option on the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard and target the content to specific users.
Using the Project ID generated through the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard and initialize it on any instance.
