Whatfix supports internationalization and enables you to change the language of your Whatfix Mobile Dashboard. This means that content creators can experience the content creation and management processes in German and English.

Whatfix Mobile supports internationalization on a user level and not on an organizational level. Hence, a user can change the language of the Dashboard for their profile only.

Use the following steps to change the language of the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard for your profile:

  1. On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, click your profile.

  2. Click the profile name.

  3. In the Account section, click the Language dropdown.

  4. Click Deutsch (German).

Info

  • The language of the Dashboard changes to German.

  • Switch the language back to English any time you want.
