Whatfix Bullhorn Integration helps you show content relevant to a specific group of users and create a more cohesive and personalized customer experience.

Send Bullhorn event data to Whatfix to show personalized content based on the user's department and type.

Note:

Integrating Whatfix and Bullhorn requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.


Use cases

  • Roll out in-app reminders for employees who have not completed appraisal feedback.
  • Notify all users in a country about new HR policies using a Pop-up.
  • Show Pop-ups to all users from a specific country, such as local holiday information.

Sometimes, integration may not be possible due to a lack of variables used in Whatfix to share data. Even when variables exist, delays in data sharing can affect the real-time user experience.

With this integration, achieve personalized user experiences without any manual effort once configured.

This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
