Yes, you can disable Product Analytics for a specific account. To prevent capturing analytics for the account, disable the setting on the Whatfix Analytics dashboard. This action also disables Guidance analytics.
Changes made in the Whatfix Analytics dashboard settings reflect in the Whatfix Guidance dashboard settings.
Use the following steps to disable Product Analytics:

On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Settings.

Click Analytics.

Clear the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox.

Click Done

- Clearing the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox automatically disables the capture of Whatfix analytics in the export or self-hosted mode of deployment.
- Disabling Whatfix Analytics also disables tracking of Goal Management.
To disable capturing Whatfix Analytics specifically in the Export or Self-hosted mode of deployment, clear the Enable Whatfix Analytics on Export Mode of Deployment checkbox.
