Overview
Integrating Whatfix enables sharing data from Microsoft Forms Pro or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice with your Whatfix account. Use this integration to display surveys to users based on multiple conditions.
Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Microsoft Forms Pro or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Prerequisites
- A premium account in Microsoft Flow or Microsoft Power Automate is required.
- Create a survey in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice using the survey variables. For more information on using survey variables, contact your Whatfix representative.
Use cases
This integration enables the following use cases:
- Display the survey only to users who have not completed it.
- Display the survey until users complete the mandatory security course.
- Display the survey to new users until they finish providing their onboarding feedback.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
