Whatfix enables you to create a copy of an existing Dashboard. Copy an existing Dashboard to add new Insights or customize Insights differently. This process minimizes time and effort by avoiding the need to create an entirely new Dashboard to visualize updated parameters.
The following are the two ways of copying a Dashboard:
Copy a Dashboard from the listing page
Copy a Dashboard from within the Dashboard
Copy a Dashboard from the listing page
Use the following steps to copy a Dashboard from the listing page:
- On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Dashboards.
Hover your cursor over the Dashboard you want to copy, and then click the More icon.
Click Make a copy.
Note:
Whatfix creates a copy of the Dashboard as Copy Of [Dashboard name]. Access the copied Dashboard from the Dashboards listing page.
Copying a Dashboard copies all tabs within the Dashboard.
Copy a Dashboard from within the Dashboard
Use the following steps to copy a Dashboard from within the Dashboard:
- On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Dashboards.
Click the Dashboard you want to copy.
Click Edit.
Click the Menu icon.
Click Duplicate.
Note:
Whatfix creates a copy of the Dashboard as Copy Of [Dashboard name] and opens it in a new tab.
Copying a Dashboard copies all tabs within the Dashboard.
