Whatfix enables you to export Dashboards as PDFs and share them with your stakeholders. You can also export the tabs you create within the Dashboard.
Here's how an exported Dashboard looks like.
Export a Custom Dashboard
Use the following steps to export a Custom Dashboard:
- On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Dashboards.
Click the Dashboard you want to export.
Click the Menu icon.
Click Export PDF.

The PDF is downloaded to your local drive.
Export a tab in a Custom Dashboard
Whatfix enables you to export only one tab at a time.
Here’s a sample exported Dashboard tab.
Use the following steps to export a tab in a Custom Dashboard:
- On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Dashboards.
Click the Dashboard that contains the tab you want to export.
On the Dashboard, click the tab you want to export.
Click the Menu icon.
Click Export PDF.

By default, the exported Dashboard PDF contains high-level metric data, such as Total events, the top most engaged event, and more, generated for each Insight.
Click Hide Metrics to export the PDF without metrics.
Click Show Metrics to export the PDF with metrics.
