Summary Insight enables you to view the metrics for all the applications in a single table. Add different metrics and view insights for various applications.
For example, if you want to analyze the Application Utilisation % across all applications, select the Application Utilisation % metric and Summary Insight displays the utilisation % across all applications.
Use the following steps to create a Summary Insight:

On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Insights.

Click Create Insight.

Click Summary Insights.
Click the Edit icon to enter the title for your Summary Insight.
In the Groups section, select Application using the dropdown.
In the Metrics section, click + Add metrics.
Click Guidance Metrics or Custom Metrics based on the metric you want to add.

Guidance Metrics include Whatfix DAP engagement events. Custom Metrics include application adoption metrics. For more information on metrics, see List of metrics in Summary Insights.
All the events appear in the dropdown even if they've not been engaged with or interacted with.
Click + Add filter to filter the data based on certain criteria, such as User ID.
For example, analyze the number of times new users, identified by their User ID, have viewed a page in an application. For more information on the filters available in Summary Insights, see Understand Filters in Summary Insight.

By default, the Insights data may contain identified (users identified by User ID) and unidentified (users not identified but denoted by cookie values) users. To filter unidentified users for clearer data, see How can you filter unidentified users in Enterprise Insights?

To filter your data based on the Applications, select the relevant Applications and then click Apply.
To export Summary Insight, see Export Summary Insight.
Click Save.
