Issue
When you try to upload a CSV file that contains User IDs to create a User list (Static Cohort), the action fails and you see the following error message: Invalid format - Please ensure the header and columns are the same as the template.
Probable Cause
By default, the CSV template contains the userId header, below which you can add the User IDs. The Invalid format error appears if you remove the userId header from the CSV file.
Suggested Solution
When adding User IDs to the CSV file, ensure that you retain the userId header as is.
