Unable to see the Users option in Visibility Rules

Issue

You want to display Whatfix widgets, such as Pop-ups or Smart Tips based on Cohorts, but you’re unable to see the Cohorts option in widget Visibility Rules. The Cohorts option enables you to add a Cohort as a Visibility Rule to target Whatfix-Widgets to specific user segments. For more information, see Add Cohorts as Visibility Rules.

Probable Cause

The Cohorts option is unavailable because the Cohorts as Visibility Rules feature is a Beta feature that is not enabled by default.

Suggested Solution

Contact support@whatfix.com to enable the Cohorts as Visibility Rules feature.

Once the feature is enabled, you can see the Cohorts option.
