Enable Product Analytics for your account

Whatfix's Product Analytics enables businesses to track and analyze users' actions and interactions with their products or applications.
Use the following steps to enable Product Analytics for your account:
On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Settings.
Click Analytics.
- On the Analytics page, select the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox.
To enable Whatfix analytics for Self Hosted mode, see Enable Whatfix Analytics for Self Hosted mode.
- To block the capture of analytics data from specific environments, select the Block analytics data from specific environment checkbox.

- To capture and view analytics data across different stages, add the stages using the dropdown.
By default, the data is captured from the Production stage. For more information on obtaining analytics data across stages, see Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages.
- To visualize data in the timezone of your choice, select the required timezone using the dropdown.
By default, the analytics data is shown in the GMT+5:30 timezone. For more information, see How can I visualize Analytics data in my timezone?
- To set a Session activity timeout, select the timeout you want to set. It can be 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

- Click Done.
