Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages

Whatfix Analytics enables you to filter data by content stages, such as Ready or Production. Track specific engagement across stages and optimize your content strategy for each stage.

Note:

By default, Whatfix displays data for all content and widgets in the Production stage.

Use the following steps to get analytics data from different stages:

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Analytics.

  1. In the Show data from these stages section, select Ready stage to see end-user engagement data for content in the Ready stage.

Note:

By default, Whatfix selects the Production stage. You cannot disable the Production stage option.

  1. Click Done.

After you configure the stage setting, Whatfix enables you to filter engagement data based on the stages in Insights (Trend Insights, Funnel Insights, and User Journeys), Dashboards, Cohorts, and Guidance Analytics.

Note:
  • Whatfix tracks engagement based on the stage of the content during end-user interaction. To see engagement data, ensure your selected time range and stage match the time of interaction.

  • When you apply a stage filter, the list of content in Event filters updates to show the status:

    Content moved from the selected stage has a Moved badge next to it.

  • Events and Event filters reflect the specific stage you select.
