How can you pause a reporting Schedule in Product Analytics?

After creating a Schedule, you may want to pause it for various reasons, such as recipients being out of the office or stakeholders suggesting major changes to be implemented in the Trend Insight report based on new analytics requirements. When you pause a Schedule, Whatfix temporarily pauses the reports from being sent.
Use the following steps to pause a reporting Schedule:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
Click the Trend Insight for which you want to pause the Schedule.
Click Schedule.
Hover your cursor over the existing Schedule, and then disable the Pause this schedule toggle.

The Schedule gets paused and reports are not sent. If you want to make the Schedule active again, enable the Resume this schedule toggle.
If you have more than one Schedule for a particular Trend Insight report, pausing one Schedule does not impact the other Schedules.
