Incorrect User IDs showing up in Trend Insights

Issue

When you add a User ID breakdown in Trend Insights, you're able to see incorrect IDs even though User Identification is enabled.

Probable Cause

The incorrect User IDs are cookie values that are captured before a user logs in to the application. User Identification starts capturing the end users' information only after they log in. Before logging in, a unique cookie value is captured as the User ID.

Suggested Solution

Once the user logs in, the actual User IDs are captured if User Identification is enabled.
