Overview
Whatfix and Salesforce Einstein integration enables you to transfer Whatfix Analytics data to Salesforce Einstein as a dataset. Use the dataset to create a custom dashboard within the Salesforce app.

Integrating Whatfix and Salesforce Einstein requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
- Track the usage and completion of tasks by users and generate reports on the Salesforce dashboard.
- Monitor how new users complete onboarding tasks in the Task List and map the support tickets they create.
- Analyze the usage of new features and their adoption rates directly from the Salesforce dashboard.
- Evaluate search usage for users with an NPS score below 6 and identify unsuccessful search terms to selectively address knowledge gaps.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
