Overview
Integration Hub in Whatfix enables sharing data from Salesforce Lightning accounts with Whatfix accounts. Display surveys to users based on multiple conditions with this integration.
Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Salesforce Survey requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
The following use cases are possible with this integration:
- Display the Survey only to users who have not completed it.
- Display the Survey until users complete the mandatory security course.
- Display the Survey to new users until they finish providing their onboarding feedback.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
