Issue

I’m unable to create any Insight in the Whatfix Analytics dashboard as the Create insights button is grayed out.

Probable Cause

If you’re on the Standard plan for Product Analytics, Whatfix enables you to create up to 50 Insights (Trend, Funnel, and User Journey). After you create 50 Insights, the Create insights button gets grayed out.

Suggested Solution

If you want to create more Insights, you need to switch to the Premium plan of Product Analytics. Contact support@whatfix.com to switch to the Premium plan and get more Insights.
