Would you like to know more about your end users to understand their behavior on your application? Like who they are, what their role is, which department they belong to, and more.
User Attributes provide detailed information about user characteristics. User Attribute uniquely identifies a user and can include any alphanumeric ID, Email ID, or common attributes shared among various users, such as Department, Business Unit, Location, Country, and more. Filter users based on their characteristics to enhance understanding of their behavior.
User Attributes can be captured by adding a code snippet in Advanced Customization (AC). These attributes can then be used as filters in Product Analytics to drill down on the data. To configure and capture User Attributes, contact support@whatfix.com.
