Advanced Customization enables you to fine-tune Whatfix configurations and behaviors according to your unique needs. Some examples include, critical system functioning like identifying language and user role, triggering Whatfix content based on scenarios, and more.
Whatfix enables you to perform the following advanced configurations:
Code editor: Add code snippets to execute advanced actions in Whatfix.
Technical configuration: The Technical configuration section enables specific system configurations, initially set using code, to be configured directly on your dashboard at a global level. This centralized control ensures that modifications can be applied universally, enabling you to manage system configurations and behaviors and implement changes across your entire Whatfix deployment.
User identification: The User identification section enables you to add custom rules for user identification directly using the Whatfix user interface. By defining specific criteria and conditions, segment user experiences based on roles, preferences, or other critical parameters, creating a more user-centric environment.
Locale identication: The Locale identification section enables you to add custom rules to identify your user locale and language preferences directly using the Whatfix user interface. Configure Whatfix to adapt to your language preferences and provide a localized experience to your end users.
AI Configurations: The AI configurations section enables you to enable Autocomplete suggestions on Studio. With this, Whatfix provides suggestions as you type, making it simpler and quicker to complete your sentences and create content.
