Customize the "No Results Found" Text in Self Help

There could be instances when there are no search results that are displayed for a particular search term. You may not have any content for that topic, or the search term could have a typo.

Use the following steps to customize the default "Sorry, no results found" text to something that you feel is more appropriate,

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

  2. Click Self Help.

  1. Click the Support tab.

  2. In the Text field, modify the text to be displayed to the user.
