Disable Self Help Search History Popup

However, if you don't want the search history to show up in the Self Help, use the following steps to disable it:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Advanced customisation.

  3. Click Technical configuration.

  4. Click Add preferences.

  1. Click Self Help.

  2. Select the Self Help Search History Popup Disable checkbox.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enable the Self Help Search History Popup Disable toggle.

  5. Click Save.
