Each Flow in Whatfix can have its unique properties, such as themes, end messages, tip color, font size, etc., different from the account level configurations.
For example, all the Flows in your account can have the Classic theme but one or more Flows of your choice can have the Modern theme applied to them.
Use the following steps to customize a Flow:
-
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.
-
Click Flows.
-
Hover your cursor over the required Flow, and then click the Edit icon.
-
Click Customize.
- Make the necessary changes.
Whatfix enables you to change the Flow's Tool tip, End Message, Flow Close Message, and Flow Automation Pop-up properties. Changes made here are only applicable to the specific Flow.
-
Once the changes are made, click Save.
-
On the Flow edit page, click Save.
A Flow can be configured in 3 places: Advanced Customization, Flow level configuration, and Account level configuration. If for any reason it is configured in all three places, Whatfix uses the following precedence to ensure that there is no conflict:
Advanced Customization > Flow level configuration > Account level configuration
Example: If you have set your Flow theme as Modern at the Account level and set the theme for a particular Flow as Ivory, then that Flow would have the Ivory theme. The Account level theme will be overridden in favor of the Flow level theme.
In the same way, customization that is done using Advanced Customization overrides the customization at the Account and Flow levels.
If you want to change the account level configuration, see Configure Themes and Tooltips.
