Change the Flow tooltip position

Each tooltip must be appropriately placed so that it doesn't obstruct the end user's view of important information on your page. While it is positioned automatically by Whatfix in most cases, you can alter it using the position selector, if needed.

The position of the tooltip can be changed in two instances:

• While creating a flow
• After creating a flow

While creating a Flow

3. Enter the name of the Flow as you want it displayed to the users.
   

4. Click + Add Step.
   

5. Click the desired element on the page that the user needs to select.

6. Review/edit the auto generated action text on the step.
   

7. Under CONFIGURATIONS, choose the desired position of the tooltip.
   

8. Click Save Step to finish creating the step, and then continue creating the Flow.
   

After creating a Flow

5. Scroll down to the Position the Tooltip section.
   

6. Change the position of the tooltip.

7. Click Save Step.
