Whatfix Pop-ups are information widgets used to inform your users about things that need their immediate attention. Whatfix enables you to choose from 6 Pop-up templates. These templates cover all types of information and announcements you want to convey to your users. For more information, see Choose the Pop-up template.
Use Pop-ups to
- Introduce new features to your users and give them a product walkthrough by attaching the Pop-up with Flows
- Notify users about product and software updates
- Drive user action like completing a survey
- Inform users about a celebratory event
- Inform your users about an upcoming downtime
Customize the Pop-up to appear only to a specific group of people who have a shared characteristic, such as a specific user role, users who are new, or are from the same department. For more information, see Schedule a Pop-up.
Pop-ups can also include Images or GIFs, Videos, Links, Buttons, Flows, and Survey forms. For more information, see Customize the Pop-up templates.
