Export content/widgets list data on the Dashboard

Export an Excel file that contains the list view of content or widgets on the dashboard. This Excel file extracts data such as the Name of the content or widget, Type, Creator, Created on, Updated on, Last Updated by, Version, and Tags. The file includes three sheets for the list view data of content from the Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
Use the following steps to export the content or widgets list data:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click the Export icon.

On the pop-up, select the data you want to download.
Note:
- Select data by selecting All Content or By Date Range.
- Use the dropdown to select the stages from which you want to download the list view data.
- Once done, click Export to Excel.
Note:
A .zip file containing the Excel file is downloaded on your local drive.
