Article summary

Whatfix retrieves search results for Whatfix content based on keywords present in the content's title. This means that search queries that don't contain the correct keywords may not retrieve search results. Search Keywords enable you to add extra keywords to a piece of content that Whatfix's search algorithm considers in addition to the words present in the content's title. This helps end users find relevant results for a wide variety of search queries.

Use the Unsuccessful Search terms in Self Help Analytics and configure your content so that your users can find the content they are looking for.

For example, you may want to set "knowledge base" and "document" as Search Keywords for all the content related to "repository." So, when a user searches for "knowledge base" or "document" in Self Help, the search results include content related to "repository".
