Hide sensitive information from Flow images

Prev Next

Whatfix converts Flows into Multi Format Outputs such as PDFs, videos, and slideshows. When you create a Flow, Whatfix captures a screenshot of each step to generate these formats. If a screenshot contains sensitive information, such as credentials or email addresses, hide them using the Censor option.

Info:
  • The Censor option works only when the Flow is exported as a multi-format output, such as a video, slideshow, PDF, or an article.
  • The Censor option hides sensitive information without impacting the tooltip and content.

Use the following steps to censor sensitive information:

  1. Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.
