How do I find my account name and account ID?

Whatfix Support requires your account name and account ID when you request help or feature enablement, such as Cohorts as Visibility Rules or additional themes.
Find the name and unique ID of your Whatfix account using the dashboard.

How can I find my account name?
The account name, also known as the Enterprise (ENT) name, displays at the top of the dashboard and identifies your Whatfix account.
Use the following steps to find the name of your Whatfix account:
- Go to the Whatfix Guidance, Analytics or Mirror dashboard.
The account name is present at the top in both the Guidance and Analytics dashboards.
How can I find my account ID?
The account ID is a unique number provided by Whatfix to identify your account and deliver accurate analytics.
The account ID is also called Enterprise (ENT) ID.
Use browser developer tools to find your ENT ID:
Open the Whatfix Guidance, Analytics or Mirror dashboard.
Right-click anywhere on the page, and then click Inspect.
Click Console.
Enter
ent
in the Console code editor, and then press Enter.
The following image displays the enterprise ID, which is an alphanumeric combination.
If your account uses JavaScript Embed method of deployment, the ENT ID is also available in the deployment script.
Use the following steps to find your ENT ID:
On the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard, click Settings.
Click Content deployement.
Click Copy.
The ENT ID appears in between
/prod/
and/initiator/
as shown in the following image:
