How to change the profile picture?

Profile pictures help other people easily identify you as the user on the platform. You can see your profile picture on the top right corner of the application and under the Users tab.

Use the following instructions to upload or edit your profile picture:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

  1. Hover your cursor over your profile picture.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Click the Choose file button and choose a picture from your computer.

  4. Click Update.
