In-App Troubleshooting enables you to understand Test Case failures better. It reduces the time spent trying to analyze each Test Case by providing the details of the failed step, a video of the test run, possible reason for step failure, and a suggested fix based on the provided reason.
The report provides the following data:
Failed Step: The exact step where the Flow or Test Case failed.
Jump to failed step: The button enables you to jump to the failed step in the test run video.
Reason for failure: The stipulated reason for the step failure.
Suggested fix: Based on the reason, the suggested fix for the issue.

Edit Flow or Edit Test Case: Enables you to edit the failed Flow or Test Case.
Accessing the In-App Troubleshooting Report
Use the following steps to access the In-app Troubleshooting Report:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Auto testing.

Click Test suites.

Click the required Test Suite.

At the top, click Report.

Go to the failed Test case you want to access the report for, and then click the Inspect icon..

If a test case has failed, Auto Testing enables you to:
Edit Test Case: You are redirected to the edit the test case page. Add input steps where required and edit fields.
